PROPERTY FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT:

To manage all receivable collections according to the Strata Management Act Akta 757 - 2013 Pay all bills which responsible by JMB and MC. Produce monthly collection statements, provide forms and documentation, manage all files, documents and records, insurance coverage, handle all legal actions according to the requirement of the Strata Management Act.

Arrange up to date inspection, prepare notice on Regulations, legal and needed information for property owners and tenants.
 

18 hours on call and 24 hours on standby for M&E team.

Organize AGM & EGM meetings, prepare and distribute notice, annual budget and yearly audit account. On site management team assist council with enforcement according to the law, site inspections, reports, managing on-site employees, contractors and ensuring a smooth and safe working environment. We also provide repairs, maintenance obtaining quotation for work and
preparing contracts.
